Descriptors can be calculated for each observation, i.e. molecule, when DrugDesign is installed. The user can access the table menu for the DataSet and add descriptors with the "New Modification" command. In this way, descriptors are added one at-a-time.

Several descriptors can be added at the same time by using the "New Modification wizard".

The user can here make multiple choices between the descriptors.
