| Visualizations of Molecules |
When a file holding molecular information has been imported in Evince, it is possible to create visualizations of the molecules. Visualizations are created from the original data, found in the Data Tree.

The following visualizations of molecules are possible in Evince:
1. By dragging the Original data onto the Table Area, a Molecule Table is created. This table holds visualizations of the molecules along with all other data. If an sdf file is imported and the sdf item is dragged onto the Table Area, a table holding only the molecules will be created.

2. By dragging the Original data or the sdf item onto the Plot Area and choosing "Molecules" in the Plot wizard, a Molecule
plot is created. If a table is available, the molecule plot displays the
molecule which is currently selected. If no molecule or its corresponding observation
is selected, the molecule plot will be empty. The molecule plot is rotatable
in 3D by using the mouse.

3. The text box tool can be used in,for instance score plots, to create text boxes holding molecular information. Select this button from the plot toolbar and draw a line from the center of a data point to create a text box. The text box can be rearranged using the plot layout button next to the text box button.
