Identification of objects in image data

From Category;
Identifies object by classes for selected category.
Select Category to perform identification for; For all classes or from only one selected class

From threshold;
Identifies objects by inclusion of pixels with values within specified threshold range.
Set minimum and maximum threshold for object identification.

Enabling the option "Separate adjacent objects" sets the object identification procedure to separate objects that are adjacent to each other

You can also specify the minimum area that an object must cover in order for it to be identified.
Set minimum area size and the unit for the specified value.

After Object Identification has been performed a new DataSet containing identified groups will be created in the data tree.
With this DataSet you can interact between Objects and Pixels and create plots or models for objects
represented as normal observations and new variables calculated as averages of the individual pixels.
