The Project Wizard appears every time Evince is Started. Choosing New will allow the user to create a new project by importing a data file. Recent will let the user select a recently opened project. Open will allow the user to continue working on a saved project.

If Recent is chosen, the user will access a list showing the most recent projects. It is possible to view the project path by hovering the mouse above the project name as shown below.
