| Distance to Model Plot |
The Distance to Model Plot is used for detecting observation outliers in the analyzed data. The critical distance, Dcrit, is shown as a line in the plot and represents a limit where observations above it can be considered as outliers with 95% significance. For PCA, the Distance to Model Plot shows the Observation Distance to Model in X, ObsDMX. For PLS, the plot shows the Observation Distance to Model i Y, ObsDMY. If the user wants to plot ObsDMX for a PLS model it is possible to do this from the Data Tree.
