The Inner Relation plot can be used for viewing the relationship between the scores in X and the scores in Y for a specific model component. If there is a strong correlation between X and Y in this component, this can be seen as a linear relationship in the plot. The plot Settings Panel for the Inner Relation plot is the same as for the Scatter 2D plot.
