For PLS, the Y vs Ycalc plot shows the relationship between observed values on the y-axis and calculated values on the x-axis. This plot type is further discussed in the Predictions chapter. The plot Settings Panel for the Y vs Ycalc plot is the same as for the Scatter 2D plot.
