The Color settings are available for all types of plots. The different options in the combo-box vary depending on the type of plot selected. For example, a 2D scatter plot can be colored by INDEX, VALUE, CATEGORY or DENSITY and a Contour 2D plot can be colored by ROW, COLUMN, OBS CATEGORY, VAR CATEGORY, AMPLITUDE or MISSING VALUES (see images below). PRED.CATEGORY is only available if a predicition has beed made.

The colored bar underneath the combo-box displays the current color choice. Clicking on it will open up the Advanced Color Settings where individual colors or color schemes can be selected.
