The spectral plot is useful for showing the spectra of particular pixels in an imported image file. The following matrices can be visualized in the Spectral plot:

- Original data
- X training
- Transformed X training

The spectral plot is created by dragging and dropping the Original Data or X training from the Data Tree onto the Plot Area.

No spectra appears in the spectral plot by default. Instead, the user can either hover the mouse pointer above the points in any score plot for instant updating of the spectral plot, or, select one or more points in the score plot.
