Table properties

The table properties dialog is used for altering the appearance of a table. The first tab has options for changing interaction of the table objects. By default, interaction is enabled in all tables, which means related data will be selected in other tables/plots. Here it is also possible to limit visible table or plot objects to only those that are selected.

The second tab contain options for changing the general appearance. Here it is possible to change the table cell dimensions, to show/hide grids and to show/hide all identifiers.

The third tab has functions for sorting the table rows. The order can be changed from ascending to descending. The user can specify if the rows are to be sorted by number or by a certain column. The user can also sort the table rows from one of the listed identifiers.

The fourth tab controls how Evince handles propagation of changes. "Protect DataSet" means the user cannot perform any changes to the DataSet. "Apply Changes Manually" means the user has to apply changes from the Table Toolbar or from the Table Menu. Apply Changes Automatically means changes are applied without any user interaction.
