What data do we collect?

Prediktera AB collects the following data:

You directly provide Prediktera AB with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

All data traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted and is stored with our strict data security requirements. The same goes for all traffic to third parties.

Prediktera AB stores your data securely with encryption and strict access controls. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver our services and to meet legal or contractual obligations. For example, billing records are stored up to 7 years in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act. Other user-related information will be deleted or anonymized no later than 5 years after the end of the customer relationship.

Marketing

If you have given your consent, Prediktera AB may send you information about our products and services, as well as those of our partners. For this purpose, we use the service Mailchimp as a processor. The data is only processed on our behalf and not used for any other purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Website

To provide and improve our services and offers, and to identify interest in different industries, we use the following tracking services on our website.

  • Google Analytics – Collects anonymized data such as IP (anonymized), geolocation, device/browser information and usage patterns. 
  • Microsoft Clarity – Collects interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, navigation patterns, device type and screen resolution. Session replays and heatmaps may be generated to improve usability.
  • Google Tag Manager – Manages analytics and marketing scripts

To reduce unsolicited form submissions and spam we use reCAPTCHA provided by Google (Google Privacy Policy)

Some data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to the US) with safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). You can manage your preferences for non-essential tools via our cookie banner.

Email

In order to send notices and license information to you as a customer, we use the service MailerSend. Certain data is shared with this provider solely to enable the subprocessor’s service to us, and it is not used for any other purpose.
