My support and update plan has expired – What does this mean?

If your support and update plan has expired you can still use the software if you have a perpetual license. However, we strongly recommend you to renew your support and update plan as it guarantees technical support from our dedicated support team. It also guarantees updates to new software versions that are released during the period of a valid support and update plan.
